Swim Training 9 Nov 2010

Hi people!

Here's the training programme for today:-

Warm Up

6 laps drills
300m free

Main

2 sets of [(400m free)+ 4 sets of (25m free fast+ 25m Easy) ]
1 set of [ 400m free ]
8 x 50m free at 1m 15s intervals
5 x 100m Breaststroke/ Backstroke

Followed by conditioning exercises.
