2nd Open Water Training

It was great to see so many familiar faces coming down on a public holiday! Appreciate all of you coming down for training!

The weather was kind to us and we managed to get a feel of swimming at ECP (thank you all who prayed for good weather). It wasn't as choppy... so now lets pray for extremely choppy water this Saturday! Get a feel of swimming in bad currents.. will be excellent training for everyone.

Training today was not that tough... so give it your best for tomorrow's run training! Take 2 days of rest and it will be another round of training at ECP!

We would also like to thank Jina for giving us lock laces.

Swimming Stroke Correction

Coach Peter did a video recording stroke correction session today. It was definitely a good opportunity for us to improve on our strokes under the guidance of Coach. Swim strokes were recorded before and after stroke correction was done. Some of us showed big improvement while some was just a little.

Nonetheless, we will keep practicing while keeping in mind the pointers which Coach told us.

For those who have not gotten their chance for stroke correction, pls do your stroke correction next week! Do smile and don't act shy in front of the camera when saying your name :)

Practice makes Perfect.
