Staircase Running + Gym Workout

Unpredictable weather forced us to train indoors.

Run Training: 3rd August
SIM Gym
  1. Treadmill
    Staircase Running
  2. Chin Up
    Staircase Running
  3. Leg Press
    Staircase Running
  4. Sit Ups
    Staircase Running
  5. Biceps Curls
    Staircase Running
  6. Stationary Bicycle
    Staircase Running
  • Above exercises done twice
Followed by Staircase Running from 1st floor to 3rd floor, then 3rd to 4th, ending off with 4th to 1st floor.
