We are glad to have Coach Peter teaming up with SIM Aquathlon in our brand new season! It is gonna be an exciting and fulfilling season for all of us, now that there is a coach to mentor and train us up for races!

Warm Up: 400m
Main: 10 x 100m (2'30) (60% to 80%)EZ 50m
5 x 200m ('5) (60% to 90%)
8 x 25m (Breath control) and EZ 25m back. (60%)
Warm Down: 125m
Total : 2975m
