Swim Training- 25th July Monday

WU - Swim FR 200m
KIck FR 200m
Pull FR 200m
Main - Swim 200m x5 (4'30 to 5"
(After eah set, go EZ 100m BR kick)
- FR pull 100 x 5m ((3)
- Sprint 25m x 8 (1"). (After each 25m, swim eZ 25M)
WD - 150m.

Total = 3200m
