1st Run Training Session of 2011/2012 Season

It was our first run training in a longgggggg time!

Well done everyone for putting in great effort and showing us that U still have it in U!!

Do come for our run trainings as we are "incomplete without U"! :P

Run Training - 20th July Wed

WU: Stretching and 400m run.
Main: 4 X 400m , 4 x 400m with 100m EZ (2'30)
3 x 800m (4 - 5'00)
WD: 400m
Total = 7200m
