Running without lights

The attendance for training today was very good! Keep it up with this training attitude and we will improve in no time.

Combination of running and chin ups and core work out.

Run Training: 17th August
Warm Up : 800m

Main : 400 (2'30)(3'30) , 800m (4')(6') x 4 . 10 pull up and working on core.

Total: 5.6km
