2nd Open Water Training

It was great to see so many familiar faces coming down on a public holiday! Appreciate all of you coming down for training!

The weather was kind to us and we managed to get a feel of swimming at ECP (thank you all who prayed for good weather). It wasn't as choppy... so now lets pray for extremely choppy water this Saturday! Get a feel of swimming in bad currents.. will be excellent training for everyone.

Training today was not that tough... so give it your best for tomorrow's run training! Take 2 days of rest and it will be another round of training at ECP!

We would also like to thank Jina for giving us lock laces.
